Here are the steps to follow:

1. Check the loose screw:
   Examine the curtain strip and locate the loose screw. This screw is essential to hold the strip in the rail, allowing the curtain to move correctly.

2. Use an appropriate screwdriver:
   Get a screwdriver of the correct size to tighten the loose screw. Make sure the screwdriver is well-fitted to avoid damaging the screw.

3. Tighten the screw:
   Insert the screwdriver into the loose screw and turn it clockwise to tighten it. Check that the strip is properly in place in the rail and can move freely once the screw is tightened.

This should unblock the curtain and allow it to function normally.
