Here are the steps:

Adjusting the upper position

1. Press and hold the "🔼 UP ARROW" and "Suspend" buttons for 5 seconds.
2. Press "🔼 UP ARROW" or "🔽 DOWN ARROW" to adjust the position of the blind.
3. Press and hold the "🔼 UP ARROW" and "Suspend" buttons to complete the adjustment of the upper position.

Adjusting the lower position

1. Press and hold the "🔽 DOWN ARROW" and "Suspend" buttons for 5 seconds.
2. Press "🔼 UP ARROW" or "🔽 DOWN ARROW" to adjust the position of the blind.
3. Press and hold the "🔽 DOWN ARROW" and "Suspend" buttons to complete the adjustment of the lower position.
