Here are the steps to change the side control stick:

Step 1: Unscrew the control stick from the mechanism
Use a screwdriver to unscrew the control stick from the blinds mechanism.

Step 2: Remove the control stick
Gently pull the control stick to disengage it from the tube without forcing it.

Step 3: Install the control stick
Take the new retractable end and place it in the original position of the control stick.

Step 4: Reinstall the blinds on their supports
Reinstall the blinds on their supports, ensuring the control stick is now positioned on the correct side.
