Hello,

Here is a simple and clear guide to help you connect and configure your HUB and associated devices. Below, you'll find all the necessary steps along with explanatory videos to assist you. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us!

  1. Create a New Account
    Here is a video that guides you step by step to create your account in the Connector app:

  • Open the Connector app.
  • Click "Sign Up" to start the process.
  • Enter your email address (this will be used for future logins).
  • Click "Next."
  • Choose and confirm your password.
  • Click "Done" to complete registration.
  • Log in with your email and password.
  • The app is now ready to use.
  1. Add a New Bridge (iOS)

  • Click the icon at the top right.
  • Select "Bridge."
  • Ensure your iOS device is connected to the same network as the bridge.
  • Enter your Wi-Fi password and click "Connect."
  • Press and hold the setting button on the bridge for 2 seconds until the LED blinks purple.
  • Go to Wi-Fi settings and select the "Connector" network.
  • Wait for the connection, then return to the Connector app.
  • Wait for pairing to complete. The LED will turn solid blue.
  • Click "Next" to name your bridge.
  • Click "Done."
  1. Add a New Bridge (Android)

  • Ensure your Android device is connected to Wi-Fi.
  • Click the icon at the top right.
  • Select "Bridge."
  • Select the Wi-Fi network the bridge should connect to.
  • Enter your Wi-Fi password and click "Connect."
  • Press and hold the setting button on the bridge for 2 seconds until the LED blinks purple.
  • Click "Next."
  • Go to Wi-Fi settings and choose the "Connection" network.
  • Wait for the connection, then return to the Connector app.
  • Wait for the bridge to pair. The LED will turn solid blue.
  • Click "Next" to name your bridge.
  • Click "Done."
  1. Add a New Room

  • Press "Add a new room."
  • Give the room a name.
  • Select a photo for the room (choose from the app's gallery or take a new photo).
  • Press "Done" to finalize.
  1. Add a Device (Bidirectional Motor via Bridge)

  • Press the icon at the top right, then choose "Radio motor."
  • Select your device type and press "Add a new device."
  • Choose "Bridge," then press "Next."
  • Press and hold the motor's button for 2 seconds until it descends.
  • Press "Next." The bridge LED will blink purple.
  • Wait for the LED to turn from purple to blue, the motor will descend to indicate the device has been added.
  • Name the device.
  • Press "Done."
  • Select a photo for the device and assign it to a room.
  • Press "Done" to finalize.
  1. Add a Device (Bidirectional Motor via Remote)

  • Press the icon at the top right, then choose "Radio Motor." 
  • Select your device type and press "Add a new device."
  • Choose "Bridge," then press "Next."
  • Press "By Remote."
  • Press the motor switch icon.
  • Hold the "Stop" button on the remote for 3 seconds, then press "Next."
  • The bridge LED will blink purple, then turn blue, indicating the device has been added.
  • Name the device and press "Done."
  • Assign a role to the device and press "Done."
  1. Add a Device (Unidirectional Motor via Remote)

  • Press the icon at the top right, then choose "Radio Motor."
  • Select your device type and press "Add a new device."
  • Choose "Bridge," then press "Next."
  • Press "iRemote."
  • Press the motor switch icon.
  • Hold the "Stop" button on the remote for 3 seconds, then press "Next."
  • The bridge LED will blink purple, then turn blue, indicating the device has been added.
  • Name the device and press "Done."
  • Assign a room to the device and press "Done."

  • Open the app and press "Scene," then select "Add a new scene."
  • Name the scene and choose an image.
  • Press "Add a new device" and select the device to add.
  • Pre-set the device's position (up, down, stop, or percentage).
  • If the bidirectional device has a favorite position, press the star icon to apply it.
  • Press "Done" to finalize the scene.
  • Select the scene and press "Start" to activate all devices.
  1. Add a Timer for a Device

  • Press "Timer," then "Add a new timer."
  • Select the type "Device Timer" and choose the device.
  • If the bidirectional device has a favorite position, press the star icon.
  • Set the days for the timer to repeat.
  • Set the timer trigger time, either exact or based on sunrise/sunset.
  • Press "Done" to finalize.
