Here are the steps to install a roman shade:

Measure and Mark the Position of the Brackets
Measure where you want to install the brackets on the window frame and mark the points where you will drill.

Drill the Holes
Drill holes at the marked points on the frame.

Install the Brackets
Place the brackets in the drilled holes and screw them in place with the 4 screws provided.

Hang the Shade
Place the roman shade in the brackets fixed to the wall.

Test the Shade
Pull on the cord to ensure the shade raises and lowers correctly.
